Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Boutiques:
Tuesday – Friday 10am to 5:30pm, Thursday open to 7pm upon request
Saturday 9am – 5:30pm
Closed Sunday & Monday
Perth Boutique:
Tuesday – Friday 10am to 5pm, Thursday open to 7pm upon request

Social distancing
KAREN WILLIS HOLMES will be practicing social distancing in your appointment, with a reduced amount of staff and customers allowed in the store at any one time. Mandatory hand washing will take place with our staff and customers before each appointment.
Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the boutique and in each change room for your convenience. Spaces will be cleaned regularly for your safety.
Our Staff
For your health and safety and to give you confidence shopping with KAREN WILLIS HOLMES, all of our store staff in Melbourne and Sydney have been fully vaccinated. The health of our staff, brides and guests are our top priority and we will follow government recommendations to ensure this is met.
Appointments
We always prefer pre-booked appointments – you can book an appointment time and date that suits you either online or via phone call. Appointments will be for a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes to allow ample cleaning time before the next bride arrives. Our booked appointments for our Australian boutiques is free. In order to ensure other brides have the opportunity to book an appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for canceling within 72 hours or missing your appointment. There is no charge to reschedule your appointment.

Walk-ins
We encourage walk-in brides, however, we cannot guarantee we will have availability. If we are unable to see a bride when they walk in, we will give them options of being placed on our waiting list and let them know once we are next available or prompt them to make an appointment via our website.
Brides who would like to try a gown on in a KAREN WILLIS HOLMES boutique will be asked to complete a screening form before we accept their appointment.
Guests you can bring to your appointment
Brides are strictly allowed to bring a maximum of 5 guests to their appointments, but we recommend you bring no more than
We encourage and will happily assist with FaceTime and taking photos for your loved ones who were unable to be in the appointment.
