Ordering & Delivery
This piece is made to order and will be available to ship 4 months after ordering your size. If your wedding date is sooner, please contact us with details of your wedding date and preferred size and we will advise you of your options.

Shipping Within Australia
We offer free shipping for orders within Australia. We will ship your order within Australia via Express Post with DHL or Australia Post. Any estimated delivery date is an estimation only and may not take into consideration weekends, public holidays and unforeseen transit delays. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 business days of shipment, please email orders@karenwillisholmes.com to let us know.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays in NSW, Australia. Once your shipment has been processed you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your gowns journey to you.

Shipping Internationally
Currently, we are not shipping internationally. If viewing our gowns online outside of Australia, the currency shown is in AUD and do not include freight, taxes and import charges. To find your nearest KWH stockist, visit our stockist page or visit one of our KWH boutiques.

We offer free shipping for orders within Australia above $200. We will ship your order within Australia via Australia Post. Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday and are not shipped on weekends or public holidays in NSW, Australia. Once your shipment has been processed you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your gowns journey to you.

Whilst we do not ship internationally through our online boutique, we do have a range of stockists across the globe and they can order your gown for you. To find your nearest stockist, visit our Stockists page. If you are located in a country that has no KWH stockist, we can manually process an international order in AUD$ via hello@karenwillisholmes.com *Please note that any international order does require the receiver to pay additional shipping, global duties and import taxes that are charged by the destination country.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns for pieces from our ELOPE or BESPOKE collections, as they are made to order. LUXE gowns and some Accessories are eligible for return or exchange. For our full return and exchange policy please refer to our Online Boutique FAQ for details.
