Shipping Within Australia
We offer free shipping for orders within Australia above $200. We will ship your order within Australia via Australia Post. Any estimated delivery date is an estimation only and may not take into consideration weekends, public holidays and unforeseen transit delays. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. If your order doesn’t arrive within 5 business days of shipment, please email orders@karenwillisholmes.com to let us know.
Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday and are not shipped on weekends or public holidays in NSW, Australia. Once your shipment has been processed you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can follow your gowns journey to you.
Whilst we do not ship internationally through our online boutique, we do have a range of stockists across the globe and they can order your gown for you.
To find your nearest stockist, visit our Stockists page. If you are located in a country that has no KWH stockist, we can manually process an international order in AUD$ via hello@karenwillisholmes.com
*Please note that any international order does require the receiver to pay additional shipping, global duties and import taxes that are charged by the destination country.
Bust Enhancers

Our bust enhancers act as an alternative to a bra on your wedding day. If you are searching for more shape and to add some lift to the bodice of your gown, we always recommend having these bust cups sewn in to your dress rather than wearing a bra on your day; they’re so comfortable you won’t feel them and they will save you the trouble of trying to find a bra shape that works for your dress.
Depending on stock availability, cups may be sent in either ivory or beige.
Keep in mind, these cups do not have an underwire, so if you are looking for a more intense lift we recommend sewing an underwire bra into your gown during your alterations process.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns for pieces from our ELOPE or BESPOKE collections, as they are made to order. LUXE gowns and some Accessories are eligible for return or exchange. For our full return and exchange policy
