Niki & Tom’s Winery Wedding: Where Rustic Romance Meets Runway Energy

At a rustic, heritage-listed winery just outside Geelong, Niki and Tom’s wedding unfolded like a fashion film set in the countryside. The venue, with its timeworn timber, wine barrels, and rusty rooftops glowing under the sunset, felt suspended between eras:  grounded in history yet pulsing with something strikingly modern. It was romantic and raw, but also undeniably high fashion. The kind of place where you could imagine a Pride & Prejudice heroine wandering barefoot, except in this version, she’s wearing brocade corset and metallic boots, AND she knows she’s the main character.

As the sun dipped behind the mountains, Niki and Tom disappeared briefly into the greenery, wrapped around each other in quiet cuddles. The light caught her silhouette against the textured winery roofs, and suddenly it felt less like a wedding and more like a runway moment. Niki wasn’t just walking she was commanding the landscape, embodying that rare balance of softness and edge. Guests watched, captivated, as she moved effortlessly between rustic romance and editorial cool. This was bridal fashion without compromise.

At the heart of Niki’s look was the Cheyenne bodice, a piece that redefines modern bridal structure. Its scooped neckline framed her collarbones with quiet precision, drawing the eye upward before allowing it to trace the sculpted lines of her silhouette. The corsetry worked like architecture, hugging her shape and creating curves that felt both powerful and feminine. Crafted in the brand’s new bridal brocade, the fabric introduced texture in the most poetic way. Subtle rose designs emerged as the light shifted, revealing depth and softness within the structure. The delicate bust drape softened the neckline, while the detachable hip drape added dimension and fluidity. With customisable closures  (from buttons to lace-up or eyelets) the Cheyenne bodice wasn’t just worn. It was engineered for her, designed to move with her, and made to leave an impression from every angle.

The Carmen skirt continued the narrative with striking clarity. Its pencil silhouette hugged Niki’s figure with intention, allowing the brocade’s intricate texture to take centre stage. This wasn’t volume for the sake of tradition: it was restraint, precision, and confidence. The back split introduced ease of movement, ensuring she could walk through the vineyard, dance under the open sky, and step effortlessly into each moment. The continuity of the brocade fabric elongated her frame, creating a clean, uninterrupted line that felt undeniably editorial. The subtle stretch offered comfort without compromising shape:  sculpting, smoothing, and empowering all at once.

While the Cheyenne & Carmen gown remains separate pieces, their pairing created a seamless, unified vision. With the addition of the optional hip drape, fully detachable and finished with delicate buttons, the look transformed into something entirely fluid, blurring the line between two-piece and gown. Niki embraced every accessory available, styling the full combination with both the hip drape and hip sash, elevating the ensemble into a true couture statement.

This modular design allowed her to shift effortlessly between moments. Ceremony elegance flowed into reception freedom, proving that modern bridalwear doesn’t have to be static. It can evolve, adapt, and reflect every dimension of the bride wearing it.

As night fell and the air cooled, Niki surprised everyone with an outfit change that felt both rebellious and entirely her own. She kept the Cheyenne bodice (the anchor of her look) and swapped the Carmen skirt for a sheer lace skirt, finished with metallic boots that caught the light with every step. It was unexpected, fearless, and unforgettable. Rustic met rock-and-roll. Tradition met individuality.

And somewhere between the vineyard rows and the dance floor, between mountain sunsets and runway silhouettes, Niki and Tom built something entirely their own: a wedding that felt less like a single day and more like the beginning of an extraordinary story.

Congratulations to Niki and Tom, we wish you a life full of vineyard sunsets, metallic boots, and unapologetic main character energy.
