Click the ‘List Your Gown’ link. Click “I want to Sell.” Choose the item you want to sell and follow the prompts. Remember to provide complete and accurate information about the item’s condition and its details. We review all resell requests, and have the right to approve or deny listings. Please allow 48-72 hours for your resell request to be reviewed. Once approved, we encourage you to share your listing! The more you share, the higher your chance of selling.

You can sell any item you’ve previously purchased or received from KAREN WILLIS HOLMES. You can also sell any KAREN WILLIS HOLMES gowns purchased or received from a third-party retailer. Once your resell request is approved, we will feature it on the Pre-loved collection page.

You are welcome to name your price, but we will recommend a price based on the item’s age and condition, which we recommend following. We will then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges within Australia.

As soon as a customer purchases your item, you will be sent a prepaid and trackable shipping label for purchases within Australia. The item must be sent within 3 business days. You do not have to pay extra for shipping within Australia. Please carefully & neatly pack your item, and drop it off with the shipping label intact at your nearest post office.

Alternatively, the buyer may request a local or remote (inter-state) try-on. We will only facilitate and pass on your contact details once the purchase has gone through.

The seller retains 80% of the resell price, including the shipping fees.

You will find actual KAREN WILLIS HOLMES customers reselling their pre-loved, KWH wedding dresses and accessories. These pieces usually have only been worn once and are dry cleaned and ready for their next owner. Items shown are sold by a KWH customer and they will ship the order directly to you.

Our platform welcomes past KWH brides to list their gown to future KWH brides. We do not buy back or hold pre-loved wedding dresses – this is a bride to bride service. We are here to help facilitate the selling of your gown, try ons & conversations between brides where you may need extra info about a listing.

Pre-Loved gowns are not physically available in any of our boutiques, only through our online marketplace.

You will pay in a similar way as with a new KAREN WILLIS HOLMES online purchase: a secure checkout. Simply “Add to Cart”, your item will be added to a special pre-loved cart, which you will find in the top right corner of your screen once an item as been added. Once added, you can proceed through the secure checkout which is powered by our resale partner Revibe.

All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute process by contacting preloved@karenwillisholmes.com; if we confirm the dispute, we will offer a refund and ask you to return the item.

For pre-loved items, our sellers will fulfil your order in less than 3 business days. The item will ship with a tracking number, and should typically arrive no more than 4 days after it is shipped. All pre-loved items are sent via AusPost standard shipping. International shipping covered by RNTR x KWH Pre-loved is not available at this time. Any international shipping should be considered towards the value of the sellers gown.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our Pre-Loved Customer Service at preloved@karenwillisholmes.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

It will be indicated on the product page if the garment is available for try on. If it’s marked as available, you can contact our team at preloved@karenwillisholmes.com to be connected with the seller to arrange a time for try on. Note that there is a fee of $70 for try on, redeemable against final purchase of the garment tried on. International try-ons are not available.

Our resale prices on are already amongst the lowest you will find for designer items anywhere. Listing prices are clearly marked on each listing beside the original purchase price, so you can see how much of a discount you are getting off the original retail price.

Yes, KAREN WILLIS HOLMES gowns for sale on our Pre-Loved marketplace are the real deal. The only thing missing are the high price tags! We check every listing to ensure authenticity. If you believe a dress you’ve received is counterfeit, contact preloved@karenwillisholmes.com to open a dispute for a review and full refund.
