Our appointments run for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The length of our appointments in our bridal shop ensures you’ll be able to retry on your top choices or spend time taking photos with your friends and family and truly soak in the moment when you find your wedding dress.
How many guests can you bring to a bridal appointment?
Bring someone who knows your style, who will give honest and affirming feedback. Most brides limit their number of guests to 2 or 3. You’re always welcome to invite additional family or friends to join via FaceTime!

If a retry appointment is unavailable on the date you wish to visit, please call the boutique directly on 0426 400 136 as sometimes we have additional space available for these appointments which are not available to book online.
Appointment fees in our Melbourne bridal store
We want all brides to have the opportunity to try on their favourite KAREN WILLIS HOLMES dresses. In order to ensure other brides have the opportunity to book an appointment, a $50 fee will be charged 72 hours prior your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so before this time and not be charged. The Appointment fee is fully redeemable to the purchase of a KWH gown.
Your card details will be securely held at the time of booking your appointment. Your card will only be charged 3 days prior to your appointment. We are unable to refund appointment fees for appointments cancelled after this charge has been taken.
